So, how did we actually reach our market?
The professionals at our company partnered with thousands of employers nationwide. Companies hire daily and the number of applicants that recruiters are faced with have skyrocketed to the hundreds of thousands on a daily basis. Our mission was to create as many partnerships with these companies as possible in order to reach job seekers.
Three Stars Inc. created two types of partnerships:
- Sponsored Advertising - Our company covered the cost of the employer’s career advertising fund and in return we would retain revenue generated by advertising.
- Shared Advertising - Our company would provide the advertising offers and share the revenue with the employer.
Both methods proved to be equally successful and Three Stars has partnered with thousands of employers to date.
